摘要
The hysteresis of the temperature dependence of the grain-boundary mobility induced by grain-boundary phase transitions is studied. The dependence of the grain-boundary mobility on the reciprocal annealing temperature is experimentally found to be nonlinear and different upon heating and cooling. The curved segment formed by the temperature dependences of the mobility upon heating and cooling is considered as a hysteresis loop.
