摘要
The damage mechanism of the typical CCD detector irradiated by the Nd:YAG high repetition frequency pulsed laser was analyzed by finite element method. Based on the theory of heat conduction and thermal elasticity, a physical model of the CCD detector irradiated by the repetitive-frequency pulsed laser is established. The nonlinear variation of the material parameters with the temperature and the melting phase transition process are considered. The thermodynamic effects in time domain and space domain of the detector are calculated by finite element method and the damage mechanism of the detector is analyzed. The research results of this paper can provide necessary theoretical basis for laser damage and protection of the CCD image sensor.
