摘要：
This text objetive is an analysis of humor in the Mexican presidential electoral process, 2018. It focuses on theories, types and functions of humor in general, applied in a particular way in this case study. This is done through the review of memes, cartoons, jokes, videos and songs that circulated in political speeches, the media and digital social networks. As a result, it was said that a hostile, defensive or attack humor prevailed.
