摘要：
Literature dealing with corrosion induced by alternating currents (AC) is examined in this review of the considerable quantity of laboratory test and field test data that has appeared in the literature over the last 50 years or more. These data provide insight not only into the presence or absence of A C induced effects under various conditions of environment and materials but also into the influence of these effects on corrosion rate.
