摘要
This article discusses the use of Magnetic Resonance relaxometry as a non-invasive method to detect concealed liquid explosives and drugs ill unopened containers. The safe, non-ionizing detection is based oil sensing liquid alteration without opening its container. The technique has proven to be effective with non-metallic bottles, independently of their shape and size. Other spectroscopic and bulk methods to identify illicit liquid substances as well as the potential of combining screening technologies are presented.
