摘要
The survival of F. oxysporum f. sp. radicis-cucumerinum, causing root and stem rot of greenhouse cucumber, in soil was studied under greenhouse and laboratory conditions. Inoculated soil and plant residues infected by the fungus were enclosed in fibreglass mesh bags and buried in a greenhouse or incubated in growth chambers at various temperatures. Results showed F. oxysporum f. sp. radicis-cucumerinum could persist in soil, since isolation was possible even after 13 months. Persistence decreased at a higher temperature. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd.
