摘要：

Informationization of government affair is the only way to establish the safeguard system of web-based education. The operation mode and connotations of e-government affair in Chinese web-based education was discussed in this paper. We put forward some proposals on the development of e-government affair in web-based education and carrying on practical research on the system of web-based education certification to form this system.
