摘要：

With the development of campus network and CAI, VOD is most attractive media in campus daily use, which inject new vitality in CM. But, VOD and CAI cannot synchronize with PE teaching, By using multimedia classroom, digital projector and touch screen computers, the research group develops CAI platform, meets the demands of synchro-teaching in gyms, changes modern teaching methods in order to provide better study situation for students, provide more information for teachers.
