摘要：
We report a 17-year-old man presented with palpitation. Echocardiography demonstrated secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) with marked right sided dilatation, indicating significant left to right intracardiac shunting. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging performed 3 months after transcatheter ASD closure demonstrated marked improvement in biventricular systolic function. (C) 2005 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
