摘要：
Implementations of Mongolian telephone voice service system which base on voice card is proposed. The system consists of voice card, PC, Mongolian TTS converter module, driver layer, logic layer and business layer. A simple Mongolian text to speech method is discussed emphatically. The method only on Numbers and limited Mongolian word transformation, in order to meet various telephone service system of Mongolian inquires demand. At the same time, the composition of the system and the realization of each module are introduced in detail.
