摘要：

Cubic solid solutions AgxPb1-xS are synthesized by chemical co-deposition from aqueous solutions of lead acetate and silver nitrate in the presence of a sulfidizing, complexing and stabilizing agent. For the first time, thermal expansion of the synthesized semiconductor solid solutions AgxPb1-xS is determined.
