摘要：
After the 2008 Beijing Olympics, China's sports have entered a transition stage from sporting nation to sports power. Mass sports as an important part of Sports, how to better perform its functions and role is a challenge problem to be solved in the sport's transition period. This study attempts to discuss the institutional change, supply mechanism and operating mode of mass sports from the perspective of public services. It aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of mass sports during the 12th five-year plan period.
