摘要
The effects of polymeric surfactant on particulate structure in nickel-terpinol suspensions were investigated. Submicrometer Ni powders with particle size in a range of 0.2-0.5 μm, and a specific surface area 4-8m 2÷g were used as a raw material. The suspensions were all found to exhibit a shear thinning flow character over the shear rate range examination. The phenomena indicated that the suspensions were flocculated in structure while the Ni aggregate remained existing in the carrier liquid, even with addition of propylene glycol.
