摘要
We report on magnetotransport properties in an InAs/AlGaSb quantum wire with a weak periodic potential. The periodic structure with the period of 200-nm is fabricated by atomic force microscope oxidation and is characterized by magnetotransport measurements at 4.2 K. Aperiodic oscillations are observed at low magnetic fields and the considerably large amplitude of aperiodic oscillations has been observed even at 4.2 K. These aperiodic oscillations may be due to the interference of ballistic electrons traveling in the corrugated InAs quantum wire. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
