摘要：

With the accelerated development of residential construction in China, It is more important for enterprises to how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate construction project performance. The paper describes performance evaluation system and modern methods of project management of residential construction, further improves management level and strengthens the appropriate performance monitoring, thus, which will be benefit to ensure project quality, to reduce project costs and to improve the effectiveness of government investment projects, more conducive to the standard management of the construction market.
