摘要
This paper focused on to analysis the impact of the intellectual capital on organizational performance of the Apparel industry of Sri Lanka. The intellectual capital is very important intangible assets of an organization in the new business environment. This study was conducted in Sri Lanka by using random sampling methods. The structured questionnaires were administrated and distributed among the executives and managers in the Apparel industry of Sri Lanka. The impact of intellectual capital on organizational performance of the apparel industry was tested by Pearson correlation analysis. The analysis results reveal that the intellectual capital has positive relationship on the organization performance. This study results will be useful for the apparel industry to understand and implement the intellectual capital practices to improve the organizational performance.
