摘要
An attempt was made to examine grain growth kinetics in ultrafine-grained nickel processed by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP). It was found that growth kinetics is controlled by grain boundary diffusion and possibly by other short-circuit diffusion paths existing in nanostructured materials. © 2002 ASM International & TMS-The Minerals, Metals and Materials Society.
