Nowadays enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the relatively advanced enterprise management information system in the world The process of implementing ERP is essentially the process of enterprise managerial innovation. In this paper, the contents of enterprise managerial innovation are discussed The key points in implementing ERP system are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
