摘要
A study was conducted to investigate mechanical properties of roll-bonded titanium and stainless-steel couples after undergoing different mechanical-treatment tests. The study focused on performing a series of tensile tests, stretch-forming tests, and deep-drawing tests to determine the mechanical properties of the couples. The evaluation of the tensile test series showed an increase in the strain values with increasing annealing temperatures and times. The samples annealed at 800°C showed the highest strain values of 47% at a tensile strength of ca.540 MPa, while samples annealed at 750°C reached strain values of >25% at a tensile strength of approximately 700 MPa. The evaluation of the second test series showed a decrease in the strain values. It was observed that all of the fracture areas showed a locally restricted separation of the material bond, after testing the specimens.
