摘要
In addition to the traditional essential nutrients, meat and meat products Contain a number of bioactive Substances which have potential beneficial effects on human health. L-Carnitine, coenzyme Q(10), carnosine, anserine, taurine, creatine, glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and bioactive peptides are among these substances and are described in this publication.
