摘要：
From the texts of Millan-Puelles (1921-2005), his teaching on death is exposed, which revolves around the general nature of life, the hilemorphic structure of the human being and the immortality of the intellectual soul. In the end, Milian-Puelles's position on ethical issues related to death is presented: suicide, death penalty, etc.
