摘要
Infrared absorption spectroscopy is one of the most sensitive methods for investigation of hydrogen bonded liquids structure. FTIR spectra of condensed water were registered in the temperature range from -30 degrees C to 44 degrees C. Special attention is paid to behavior of water molecules at phase transition liquid - solid state. Spectral changes with temperature are described for all spectral regions. Results of quantum chemical calculations of thermochemical parameters, structural peculiarities and IR spectra of different water clusters were performed using package Gaussian 03.
