摘要：
Synthesis and biological evaluation of various tricyclic and tetracyclic indoles are described. A number of these compounds possess in vitro activity against human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (HONE-1) and gastric adenocarcinoma (NUGC-3) cell lines.
