摘要
Japan is a developed country, and its working style, spirit and attitude are worth learning for Vietnam. Japanese and Vietnamese have similarities in character, but why can Vietnam develop like Japan? In this paper, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Japanese and Vietnamese in terms of work spirit, work style, and attitude. The data in this article were collected through research papers and results from survey in which the respondents areat the age of 18-30 years old in Ho Chi Minh City. Through direct conversation and test methods, the study shows the spirit and attitude of Vietnamese and Japanese towards work. The results show that there is a need to change our ways of thinking and should learn good things from Japanese culture.
