摘要：

The paper analyzes some factors that influence organizational culture and insists on the role of the management team and the owner in assuring the quality and efficiency of a firm's activity. The study also emphasizes the influence of organizational culture on a company's functionality and performance. The authors explain their views on organizational culture and illustrate them with an example of a successful Romanian firm that was created and developed between 1992 and 2006.
