In the era of high-tech radiotherapy, hypofractionated schema is more and more widely used regardless of tumour sites. In this article, we expose the role, techniques and indications of hypofractionated radiotherapy in adjuvant breast radiotherapy. (C) 2013 Societe francaise de radiotherapie oncologique (SFRO).
