摘要
Herein we have successfully synthesized ZnFe2O4 (ZFO) and ZnFe2O4@C-60 (Fullerene) nanocomposites by hydrothermal method and studied its application towards H2 energy evolution. XRD and PL analysis indicate the well crystalline formation, low e -h(+) recombination and high excitation separation properties. UV-Vis DRS shows high light absorption properties towards visible light region because the black body properties of C-60 bonded with ZFO photocatalyst. The above results indicate the well formation of nanocomposites and behave as high photocatalytic activity. ZFO@C-60 nanocomposites showed maximum H-2 evolution i.e. 450.75 mu mol/h, which is 1.48 times greater than that of ZFO photocatalyst. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
