摘要：

For a Dirichlet character modulo an integer q >= 3, we use a highly simple elementary method to give an asymptotic formula for Sigma(c not equal c0)(mod q) vertical bar L(1,c)vertical bar(4), where chi 0(mod q) is the principal character. This result seems to be new.
