摘要
Select appropriate ecological evaluation indicators, make a scientific and accurate analysis of various indicators of Saihanba forest farm and take the ecological protection model of Saihanba as an example to promote it to the whole country and even the countries around the Asia Pacific region. Firstly, we comprehensively adopt Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy weight method to make a systematic and hierarchical analysis of the ecological environment impact of Saihanba. It is concluded that the restoration of Saihanba has greatly improved the local environment. To promote the Saihanba ecological protection model to the whole of China, the cluster analysis method is used to make a specific analysis on the three aspects of carbon emission, carbon absorption, and carbon conversion rate of all provinces in the country. Select the provinces where the local carbon conversion rate is far lower than the national average level to determine the number and scale of proposed ecological reserves. Moreover, Bangladesh with a low comprehensive environmental index was selected for research. With the same model, the ecological reserve is obtained.
