St12T steel (X22CrMoV12-1) is characterized by high resistance to deformation, including the ability to withstand mechanical loads at high temperatures above 550 degrees C, which justifies its widespread use in turbine components. The main aim of the paper is determination of the model material coefficients for steel St12T after termo-mechanical exploitation. For this purpose it has been carried out termo-mechanical compression test. Afterwards the termo-mechanical compression test was repeated using tools CSD (Computational Solid Dynamics) in a numerical simulations. In the present simulation a modified Chaboche viscoplasticity model with hardening has been used. In the paper it is shown simulation of the experimental probe with a cylindrical shape, distributions of temperature, analyzed the status of the stress effort and plastic strains. The results of simulation compared with chart from termo-mechanical test is presented.
