摘要：

This paper analyzes the relationship between operation aim, organizational structure and performance evaluation pattern, produces performance evaluation pattern for state owned enterprise that combines value pattern with balanced one. At the same time, this paper designs managers' incentive pattern: basic salary and incentive compensation, selects performance basis and manners of surplus distribution and establishes the model of stock executing price based on relative EVA and relative stock price index.
