摘要
The article considers theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of representatives of new generations: Y and Z in the academic environment. The purpose of the study is to research and systematize the wholesale use of modern educational technologies at the university. The author considers the features of generations in the context of the theory of generations, the academic revolution, smart education. The results of the conducted studies show the need to use new technologies (gaming, open courses) in the educational process, taking into account their optimality for new generations. In the end, the conclusion is made about the specific opportunities for teaching a new generation in an orientation toward their characteristics.
