摘要
A simple introduction of the operating parameters in microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) was made and the advances in three application areas including determination of octanol-water partitioning coefficient(logP) chiral analysis and natural products separations, and the progress of operation techniques in MEEKC such as multiplexed MEEKC and on-line coupling of MEEKC with mass spectrometric (MS) detection, etc, were summarized in this review. The disputable differences between MEEKC and L MEKC were discussed on the analysis of relative reports and the future research space of MEEKC was pro posed.
