摘要
The femtocell technology is a quick and intelligent solution to augment the system capacity and to meet the high demand of services on broadband wireless access, the deployment of femtocells has been proposed to offload large quantity of user data traffic from the macrocellular network to the femtocell and expand the limited coverage of the macrocell in mobile networks. Switching seamlessly between the macrocell and femtocell networks is a major challenge for LTE femtocell-macrocell integrated system. it means the ability to seamlessly switch between the macrocell and femtocell networks with efficient handling of handover calls, the intelligent LTE femtocell-macrocell integrated network architecture is necessary to satisfy different criteria, as minimizing hand over interruption, guarantee and assure minimum signaling overhead due to frequent and unnecessary handovers...so only a unique handover decision making policy is not enough to improve the performance, thus in this paper we propose a call admission control scheme to reduce the unnecessary hand overs. Firstly, we present the LTE femtocell-macrocell integrated network architecture for femtocell network deployment. We propose the details signaling flow for hand over procedure in different scenarios and the proposed CAC scheme to minimize the unnecessary hand overs.
