摘要
The teachers of the Technical and Professional Education (TPE) of the municipality of Cruces, Cienfuegos require the development of communi-cation skills in the context of professional pedago-gical skills from linguistic, sociolinguistic, strategic and discursive knowledge in relation to pedagogical knowledge. This relationship of knowledge allows, from a socio-professional dimension, to achieve the development of communication skills in the peda-gogical profession, to obtain quality and methodo-logical gain in self-preparation and preparation as ways of improving teaching. For this purpose, an integrative and systematic methodological strategy is presented, based on the diagnosis of each of the teachers who teach subjects of different specialties of Technical and Professional Education, the veri-fication of their needs in the communicative order, above all, to highlight the intention of increasing the effectiveness in the preparation when directing the teaching-learning processes. In its development, instruments of the scientific methodology were used, as well as the analysis of the theoretical results and of different techniques of verification of the objective realities in the execution of actions of the strategy that is proposed in order to obtain adequate commu-nication as a professional skill. teaching in the diffe-rent paths of pedagogical preparation.
