The sense of place in the context of mobility: dynamics between rural and urban

This work aims to carry out a study on mobilities, rural migrations and the sense of place, seeking to understand the dynamics and experiences that permeate the relationship between rural and urban. This is a literature review based on theoretical discussions and analyzes in the field of Geography, Anthropology and Sociology. Among the results, it is pointed out that the approaches to rural and urban environments lack new interpretations, as they are interconnected categories and mobility needs to be understood as part of the interfaces of the rural/urban process. Migration is understood as a process of spatial and social mobility, often occurring as a necessity of the family nucleus, also being part of people's way of life, which between comings and goings maintains the sense of belonging to their place of origin.
