摘要：
In recent years, the expressway construction attained considerable increase in China. Instead of the single mode of "government investment and operation", innovations of various modes are implemented in the management and financing system of expressway constructions, covering the diversified sources of investment, the financing channels and methods, a transfer of the right of toll collection. The BOT project is one of the most popular practice mode in private financial initiative modes. However, there are some investment risks and issues in implementing expressway BOT project. Targeting at minimizing various investment risks and ensuring the benefits of investors, the article tries to analyze more effective risk management modes of expressway BOT project from the perspective of private enterprise, which will have practical significance for the development of expressway construction in China.
