摘要
In this paper, the ground vehicle system with magnetorheological semi-active suspension is presented. It is divided into three subsystems, namely mechanical subsystem, dampers subsystem and controller subsystem. The component and modeling of subsystem are discussed. Information flow of subsystem is analyzed, and the integration of subsystem is researched. The CAD model of mechanical subsystem is described; the simple vibration models are drawn from its CAD model. The magnetorheological damper dynamics and control system model of the semi-active suspension are analyzed. Based on virtual prototyping technique, the simulation models of the subsystem are presented. This subsystem is integrated by using of information flow model. Taking the ride comfort and road handing and motion attitude as system control objective of designed semi-active suspension, the evaluation subsystem of vibration and shock attention performance of ground vehicle with semi-active suspension system is set up.
