摘要:
The palladium(II)-catalyzed beta-and-alkynylation of amide C(sp(3))-H bonds is enabled by pyridine-based ligands. This alkynylation reaction is compatible with substrates containing alpha-tertiary or alpha-quaternary carbon centers. The beta-methylene C(sp(3))-H bonds of various carbocyclic rings were also successfully alkynylated.
