摘要：

Optically active frans-(1S,2S)- 1-substitutcd-2-(N,N-dialkylamino)-1-indanol derivatives have been prepared and used in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to aldehydes to give see-alcohol in good yield with up to 93.1% enantiomeric excess.
