An empirical study on the informal acceptability of theory research quality

Four hundred and thirty seven PhD candidates are investigated in this research, the result of questionnaire investigation show that more than seventy percent hold acceptable attitude for published paper delegating research quality and the different quality Within academic journals, and significant positive relation between academic journal and published paper in it. Under the independent perceiving evaluating model, the scholars who published paper in inferior quality scientific journal often receive a negative acceptability, under the comparative perceiving evaluating model, the scholars' research quality are decided by their published papers' quality other than quantity, the perceiving evaluating model influencing the informal acceptability for several kinds of scholars. On the basis of research result above mentioned, this paper put forward some suggestion for upgrading theory research quality informal acceptability from the view of organization and individual.
