摘要
The stability of the landslide plays an important role in the reservoir area of Three Gorges on Yangtze River. This paper proposes a new approach to monitoring the landslide deformation, using a cloud-based method of knowledge discovery from the landslide-monitoring database. Firstly, GPS-based landslide monitoring network is presented. Knowledge discovery with cloud theory is secondly proposed to discover the knowledge from the monitoring database. The GPS-based deformation monitoring network of Baota landslide as an example is finally studied in this paper. The results indicate that this kind of landslide monitoring deformation technology with GPS is a proper way to landslide region. Furthermore, the discovered knowledge shows that the Baota landslide is wriggling as a whole and its rear deformation is larger than the head, which accords with the inspection in Baota landslide region.
