摘要
Situation of graduates at the labour market has been changing a lot in last few years. It needs to be pointed out that economic crisis caused a change in trends at graduate labour market and had great affect of level of unemployment and salaries at graduate's labour market. Paper analyses situation of real and expected earnings of Czech higher education graduate's and compares selected data with situation abroad. It also proves high rates of return of real and expected earnings as a key argument for implementation of tuition fees at public universities. Moreover this factor is compared with situation in selected European countries (Portugal, England). The paper uses statistical data of real earnings from ISPV, Professia and also data from survey collected between years 2001-2011 within surveys supported by projects of GA CR to compound and compare real and expected wages.
