摘要
LEAN system principles and tools are widely used in production in the big companies with fully or semi automatic production processes with high production volumes. Since LEAN system is more philosophy than particular methodology, it could be used to almost every production field. In this paper review of application of LEAN tools for manual assembly processes, especially for those with various production volumes and big diversity of products, presented. Such processes and production systems include a lot of non-value adding operations, uneven work, as well as overburdening of production system, so in order to improve these production systems LEAN tools could be significantly used.
