Investigation of dielectric properties of Bi2O3-ZnO-Nb2O5-Sb2O3 based pyrochlores

摘要
The structure and dielectric properties of (Bi1.5Zn0.5)(Zn0.5SNb1.5-xSbx)O-7 ( x =0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.5) (BZNS) were investigated. The samples with the pyrochlore structure has been prepared by conventional ceramics processing technology. The sintering temperature of Sb-doped BZN pyrochlore ceramics was also higher than that of the undoped-BZN pyrochlore ceramics. Sb replacing Nb led to lower dielectric constant. The temperature dependence of dielectric properties of BINS was stable between 20-130degreesC with dielectric constant of around 30 and dielectric loss of 0.0001 at room temperature. In addition, the phase structure and lattice distortion after doping were investigated by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) technique.
