摘要：

This paper presents a study of a few heavy metals e.g., iron, manganese, copper, chromium and zinc from rivers (Olt, Lotru, Oltet and Topolog river) of hydrographic Valcea area. The concentration of cations was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.
