摘要
Landslide has become the key factor that effects quality, time and safety of a project during construction process of roads and railways in Northern Fujian. The right measures of emergency response and control is very important for effectively controlling disaster, reducing the lost caused by landslide and realizing maximum in economic and social efficiency. Conversely, wrong measures would make the situation worse and even lead a danger to a disaster. In contrast with the existing landslides examples that are similar in develop mechanism, slide pattern and controlling method, the emergency response and control and emergency decision models after investigating previous cases is proposed based on mountain highway and railway landslide, which can be a useful reference to similar landslide control.
