摘要
Synthesis of 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylmethyl-3-[4-substitutedanilino1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-6-iodoquinazolin-4-(3H) ones Va-o from 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino]phenyl acetic acid I, via nucleophilic interaction of 2-[2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylmethyl-6-iodo-3, 1-benzoxazin-4-(3H) ones III with thiourea nucleophile has been achieved. The final compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data (IR and H-1 NMR) and screened for their antimicrobial activity.
