摘要
The production of miniaturized diamond grinding tools like abrasive pencils, profiled grinding blades and core drills, as well as, their optimal application is a field of research at the Institute of Machine Tools and Production Technology at the University of Braunschweig, Germany [1, 2]. Conventional micro grinding tools have limits in diameter, shape or diamond grit size. Our challenge was to exceed these limits.
