摘要
Bioconversions from Sweet Potato Scum to L-lactic Acid by Rhizopus oryzae were studied. 55.26% sugar was detected in the dry sweet potato scum. At the optimized conditions, the lactic acid production of 38.49 (+/- 0.51) % (w/w) were obtained and 6.72g glucose was left after cultured 80h. The conversion rate of lactic acid was 70%; the utilized rate of glucose was 87.84%
